Service Agreement

This agreement is between 33 Detailing LLC and the client. Please read carefully before your service appointment.

| Services

33 Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full details, paint correction, and ceramic coating application. Services to be performed will be agreed upon prior to the appointment. Any additional services requested on the day of the appointment are subject to availability and additional charges.

| Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

  • In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule. Light drizzle may not affect scheduling.

  • If the client is not available or accessible at the time of service, the appointment may be forfeited.

| Vehicle Access & Condition

The client agrees to provide 33 Detailing with reasonable access to the vehicle and sufficient working space at the agreed-upon location. 33 Detailing is fully self-contained and does not require external water or power hookups.

  • Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

  • The client should disclose any known damage, pre-existing conditions, or areas of concern before the service begins.

  • 33 Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present prior to service.

| Results & Expectations

33 Detailing will make every reasonable effort to deliver results consistent with the agreed-upon services. However, results are subject to the current condition of the vehicle, and not all defects, stains, scratches, or imperfections can be fully corrected through detailing alone.

  • Paint correction improves the appearance of the clear coat but does not repair deep scratches or paint damage.

  • Interior stains that have set deeply into fabric or leather may not be fully removable.

  • Ceramic coating results depend on proper surface preparation and ongoing maintenance by the client.

| Liability

33 Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, by signing this agreement, the client acknowledges the following:

  • 33 Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects not disclosed prior to service.

  • Liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the cost of the service performed.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is fit for the requested services.

| Photography

33 Detailing may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality documentation, portfolio use, and marketing purposes including social media. Vehicle identifying information such as license plates will not be published. If you prefer that your vehicle not be photographed, please notify us before the service begins.
