ShieldByDesign Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between you ("Customer") and ShieldByDesign ("Company"). It outlines the terms and conditions for using our automotive protection services. By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to abide by the policies described in this document.
Services Provided
ShieldByDesign offers high-end vehicle protection services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, Ceramic Coating applications, and other related detailing and surface protection treatments. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion if vehicle condition, weather, or other factors interfere with service delivery.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, chosen service package, and any additional customer requests. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Final payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. ShieldByDesign reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of unforeseen complications or added labor requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for disclosing all known issues with their vehicle’s paint, wrap, or prior coatings. Vehicles must be reasonably clean and accessible at the time of service. We are not liable for issues resulting from previously damaged or poorly maintained surfaces.
Liability and Warranty
ShieldByDesign takes great care in the preparation and application of all products. However, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless otherwise specified in a written warranty. Warranty coverage, where applicable, is subject to terms based on the product manufacturer and proper post-care by the Customer. We are not liable for damage due to improper maintenance, aftermarket modifications, or environmental factors outside our control.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and whether work has already begun.
Privacy and Customer Information
ShieldByDesign values your privacy. Customer information is used solely to facilitate service scheduling, communication, and follow-up. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so. For more, please review our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with Texas law.
Agreement Updates
ShieldByDesign reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Customers, and continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
