Top Coat Performance Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Customer”) and Top Coat Performance (“Company”). It outlines the terms and conditions for receiving our automotive protection and detailing services. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the policies described in this Agreement.

Services Provided

Top Coat Performance provides premium vehicle protection and styling services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, Ceramic Coating applications, Window Tinting, and related detailing treatments. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if vehicle condition, weather, or other factors prevent proper delivery.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, selected service package, and any requested add-ons.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

  • Final payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Additional charges may apply in the event of unforeseen labor needs, material usage, or service adjustments requested by the Customer.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, Customers agree to:

  • Disclose all known issues with their vehicle’s paint, wrap, prior coatings, or bodywork.

  • Present the vehicle in a reasonably clean and accessible condition at the time of service.

  • Follow all aftercare instructions and maintenance recommendations provided by Top Coat Performance.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing damage, prior treatments, or improper vehicle maintenance.

Liability and Warranty

Top Coat Performance takes great care in preparing and applying all products. However:

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service unless otherwise specified in a written warranty.

  • Warranty coverage (where offered) is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and proper care by the Customer.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by environmental exposure (e.g., bird droppings, UV rays, road debris), aftermarket modifications, or improper maintenance after service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and whether work has already begun.

Privacy and Customer Information

Top Coat Performance respects your privacy. Customer information is used only for scheduling, communication, and service follow-up. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Governing Law
